30日下午，“音乐梦想学院”启动发布会在北京举行，拉开了2010年全国地面海选活动的序幕。据悉，这次选秀活动的全国十强将全部签约华纳音乐。发布会上，华纳大中华区总裁陈泽杉还现场爆料，称自己当年用两分钟时间就认定了孙燕姿的潜力。
陈泽杉被誉为华语乐坛的操盘手，蔡依林、 孙燕姿等巨星都是由他亲手发掘的。当年孙燕姿还只是伟偲音乐学校的学生，一个偶然机会陈泽杉听到了孙燕姿的声音：“记得当时是在偲菘车上听一段合唱曲，有 十几个人唱，突然我听到一个女生的一句独唱，一下子就被她的独特声线和唱腔所吸引，从此就认定了她。”此次参与“音乐梦想学院”，陈泽杉表示将成为严格执 教的“教父”，认真挑选优秀学员。
